The Paramount Ruler of the community; and
The head /Chairman of the Community Development (CDC) or The Chairman of the chief Council (CEC).
The Community Trust (CT) is additionally required for applicants for the Operation Area Award.

The letter should be issued to “The ER Manager, Social Performance/Social Investment,” The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited.
